     The Peerless Woodworking Corporation (PWC) is a sixty-seven year old family owned, second generation Corporation whose business is to engineer and fabricate the highest quality architectural woodwork, custom casework, interior fixtures and furniture.   Our specialty is hospital, nursing home, hotel, dormitory, and stadium fixtures and furniture.  

     As the name so aptly implies, PWC's craftsmanship is without peer in terms of quality, value and longevity.  Peerless has the skill to engineer and fabricate elements to last indefinitely without the deterioration so characteristic of more common, contemporary fabrication.  

     PWC's excellent reputation is based upon unrelenting attention to quality of craftsmanship, deliverance of value and depth of service to clients.  Through years of working with architects and designers, PWC has developed a special capability to provide engineering resources early in the design phase of a project so as to optimize production efficiency, longevity, value and ease of installation.  

     Tangible evidence of the depth of PWC's engineering support of the design function is found in the professionalism of it's staff, the use of CAD systems for documentation to stringent standards, and the fact that PWC's operations are virtually all computerized, thereby, providing unparalleled ability to control and track projects.  

     A company owned, six seat, turbo-prop airplane is used for site measurement trips prior to fabrication and for assistance during the installation phase as required.  

     Tractor trailers are used to allow PWC to control packing and shipping in a way that assures delivery of fabricated elements without damage and in an unload sequence designed to expedite installation.  

     PWC offers extensive manufacturing capabilities starting with rough kiln-dried lumber through to, and including, specified finishing.  The 80,000 square foot plant which the company occupies is completely equipped with the most modern machinery available to the industry.  

     PWC employs (70) full time personnel to produce sales in excess of $6,000,000 per year.  Twenty people are in management, engineering, drafting, project management, sales and administration.   Fifty people are in production, with four supervisory, two traffic, two maintenance, twenty-four skilled journeymen craftsman, twelve semi-skilled craftsmen and six apprentices.            

     Of total sales, fabrication of interiors account for 35% custom casework for 35%, furniture for 20% and engineering and field support activities account for 10%.
